Job Title: Auto Body Repair Technician
Responsibilities:
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair needs.
- Conducting structural repairs on damaged vehicles.
- Repairing or replacing damaged body panels and components.
- Performing paintless dent repairs.
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mixing and matching paint colors to vehicle specifications.
- Applying paint and finishing coats to repaired areas.
- Inspecting finished repairs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Keeping work area clean and organized.
- Adhering to safety procedures and regulations at all times.
Skills:
- Proficiency in auto body repair techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of vehicle structure, materials, and repair processes.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment, including welders, sanders, and paint guns.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
