Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and eamil, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and order supplies
- Photograph and process samples
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish a plus.
- Proficient in office software applications (including Excel, and Adobe) and data entry tasks. Experience with A2000 Software a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
