The Recruiting Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the right candidates are hired quickly and efficiently, with a focus on both skills and cultural fit. This individual will help build a high-performing global team that supports our dynamic production and corporate functions.
Given that this position often represents candidates' first impression of our company, it’s essential to provide a positive, engaging experience and communicate clearly with those not selected. We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of the digital entertainment industry and experience recruiting across a broad spectrum of positions, domestically and internationally, from entry-level to senior roles. This includes content/creative, finance, facilities, production, and operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in attracting diverse talent, while ensuring cultural alignment and long-term fit across multiple levels of the organization.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Recruit and hire for a variety of positions, domestically and internationally, including creative production, content development, marketing, operations, finance, facilities, HR, and more.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across production and corporate teams to identify staffing needs, craft tailored recruitment strategies, and develop position-specific interview questions to assess candidates’ skills, industry experience, and cultural fit within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with industry professionals across entertainment, digital media, and corporate sectors to support future hiring needs.
- Provide clear, timely communication and a positive recruitment journey for every candidate, from application to onboarding.
- Leverage recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, BambooHR, as well as entertainment industry job boards, professional networks and personal connections to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Update our applicant tracking system and generate reports for management on candidates’ qualifications, interview performance, status and start availability.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting and hiring creative, technical, and corporate talent in production, media, digital or studio environments.
- Strong understanding of roles in all phases of production (including crew positions), post-production and creative.
- Skilled in recruiting for all levels of production including corporate positions in finance, HR, facilities, marketing and operations.
- Ability to stay organized, communicate pro-actively and manage multiple hires, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, BambooHR, and industry networks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable communicating in a chat based organization.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in HR and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment strategies
- Passion for finding the best fit for every role.

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. The salary for this position is $65 - $95k salary exempt based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance and paid time off.
