BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and creative scripted Show Runner - Facebook  to oversee the creative and operational aspects of our successful Facebook page. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality scripted Facebook focused content that aligns with our brand’s mission of changing lives through storytelling. The ideal candidate will have recent scale success on Facebook, a strong background in dramatic writing, digital content production, track record of leading Facebook series to creative and audience growth, and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced content production schedule. You will provide the vision, passion and expertise to ensure our Facebook page continues to grow and super serve our audience and mission.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Oversee all aspects of production for our Facebook page, from concept development and writing through post-production, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality,storytelling and viewership.

• Monitor trends, competitive landscape, best practices, platform dynamics, audience feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve Facebook audience growth. 

• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and production to develop compelling narratives that resonate with our global audience.
• Manage the production calendar, ensuring timely delivery of episodes and maintaining a consistent content release schedule.
• Lead the creative team in brainstorming and developing new story ideas, formats, and series that align with our brand’s vision and goals.
• Provide creative feedback throughout the production process, ensuring all content is aligned with Dhar Mann Studios’ vision and messaging.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments, including marketing, distribution, and business affairs.
• Cultivate relationships with talent and influencers, to maintain a strong network for future productions.
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to maximize audience reach for the page.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Deep recent hands-on experience with the Facebook platform and other social media channels, including trends, audience behavior, and content formats.
• Proven experience (6 years) as a ShowRunner and writer with a strong background in digital media and scripted content.  Minimum 2 years recent experience leading a scale YouTube channel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative visions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for creating content that has a positive impact on audiences.

 WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Showrunner - Bonus will report both to the CEO and the President/COO.

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

All the action takes place at our studio in Burbank, CA.
