BIG PICTURE:
As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking an experienced Talent Booker to lead our outreach efforts in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and celebrities for our various divisions. The ideal individual has an established network of influencers (primarily YouTubers), creators, celebrities, talent agencies, and knows how to leverage these relationships to unlock unique collaboration opportunities. You’ll understand not only how to find talent, but how to book them, manage them through the process and ensure they have a great experience with us.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, managers, influencers, and publicists across the entertainment industry.
- Book talent (creators, actors, and celebrities) for appearances and collaborations in Dhar Mann Studios’ content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including producers, writers, and directors, to ensure successful integration of talent into content.
- Coordinate logistics for talent appearances, including scheduling, creative briefings, and acting as the liaison between talent, their representatives, and the production team.
- Establish and run events, dinners and symposiums to elevate creators interactions with Dhar Mann Studios and the larger creator community.
- Stay up to date with emerging creators, trends, and entertainment events to identify booking opportunities for YouTube and social media content.
- Handle outreach to talent for quick-turnaround bookings, such as special features, surprise collaborations, and breaking news-related segments.
- Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with talent and their representatives.
- Support promotional efforts, including assisting talent with social media engagement related to their appearance in Dhar Mann Studios’ content.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Managing existing relationships with Influencers including sending them personalized gifts for their birthdays, milestones, etc.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- A minimum of 3 years working as a booker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the YouTube platform, trends, and creators
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Creative thinking and ability to identify unique partnership opportunities
- Results-driven with a focus on data and analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
