Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers
- Knowledge of different milling operations (face milling, slot milling, etc.)
- Proficiency in setting up and operating a milling machine with a vise
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
