Coaching laboral:
- Ayudar al empleado / cliente a realizar las responsabilidades laborales de tal manera que fomente la independencia.
- Evaluar continuamente las habilidades vocacionales, sociales, de comunicación y independientes requeridas por el entorno laboral específico.
- Realice un análisis de tareas de cada tarea según sea necesario y proporcione orientación al empleado / cliente.
- Planifique y programe asignaciones de trabajo, capacite / supervise a los empleados clientes sobre los procedimientos laborales, el uso del equipo y la seguridad, y asesore, verifique y ayude a corregir errores.
- Facilitar las relaciones entre el empleado/cliente y el supervisor y los compañeros de trabajo.
- Identificar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias de apoyo al comportamiento positivo.
- Monitorear y documentar el progreso, la participación y los comportamientos de los empleados / clientes en las actividades, la capacitación y el tiempo de trabajo.
- Identify job site modifications as needed. Recommendations are to be discussed with the Employment Services Team Leader first and Human Resources.
- Comply with the policies and procedures of the job sites.
- Report to the Employment Services Team Leader any needs, problems or concerns.
Calificaciones mínimas de educación / experiencia:
Licenciatura o maestría de una universidad acreditada más un (1) año de experiencia laboral en administración de casos de salud conductual.
Título de asociado de una universidad acreditada más tres (3) años de experiencia laboral en administración de casos de salud conductual.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
- Teaches and models skills necessary to perform job duties.
- Coach clients on expected work attire and grooming.
- Advocates for client to employers or client coworkers, identifying the client’s strengths, accommodations, and needs, when/if needed.
- Help clients establish appropriate relationships with coworkers and employer.
- With client input, develop goals and objectives for ongoing placement success and retention.
- Regularly meet with employer and update client’s employment information such as job description, job tasks, salary, benefits, Union information (if applicable), and performance reviews.
- Consistent communication with employer(s) to assure client is performing the job to employer specifications.
- Regularly communicate progress and employment issues to client’s support team enlisting support from interdisciplinary team members for support.
- Completes progress notes and reports and other documentation as required. Documents consistently and accurately all client activities
- Attend required trainings, department, agency and general staff meetings
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities assigned

- Provide career coaching and guidance to individuals seeking employment or career advancement
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine clients' skills, interests, and goals
Develop personalized career plans and strategies for clients
- Assist clients in identifying and applying for job opportunities
- Educate clients on employment labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and connect them with qualified candidates
- Provide workforce development training and resources to enhance clients' job readiness
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their career exploration and employment goals
- Mentor clients in areas such as social skills, professional etiquette, and workplace behavior
- Collaborate with social workers and addiction counselors to provide comprehensive support to clients
- Contribute to the development of training programs and materials for career development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, counseling, or human resources
- Proven experience in career coaching, recruiting, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with workforce development programs and resources
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $14.70 - $15.00 per hour
