Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Changing The Spectrum, LLC – Sugarland,

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (TX) or willing to obtain upon hire

CPR Certified preferred

Role Responsibilities Include :

  • Assist with opening of a new clinic and onboarding new clients
  • Perform Initial Assessments and Reassessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, ABLLS, Vineland, ect.)
  • Create individualized and research-based treatment plans
  • Analyze client progress weekly and update programs as needed
  • Conduct parent meetings / trainings weekly
  • Supervise other BCBAs, BCaBAs, student analyst pursuing their BCBA certification, and supervising RBTs in-center
  • Assist with or hold staff meetings and trainings
  • Assist with or conduct BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT interviews
  • Correspond with insurance providers, treatment report writing, and peer review calls.
  • Availability in clinic between 8 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm Monday-Thursday and 8 : 00-4 : 00 Friday
  • Assisting with opening / closing the center

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Expected hours : 40 per week

    Billable Requirement 32-35 hours per week
