This position processes telephone orders and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. This role aids in internal communicate about daily in house events. This role blends customer calls with front of house box office customer service.

- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Communicate internally about daily in-house events.
- Process tickets orders as customer requests.
- Good concise telephone skills with attention to detail.
- Sit at telephone bank for 6-9 hours per shift.
- Ensuring the safety and confidentiality of guest personal and financial information.
- Be able to work with other employees in a positive manner.
- The hours required for this position are reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theater.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Hourly Pay $16.00
- The hours required for this position are reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theatre, current hour of opperation:
- Monday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00AM-6:00PM
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Call center or phone bank experience a plus.
- Audience View or online ticketing system a plus.
- Must be comfortable with technology.
- Ability to multitask.
- Availability required:
- At least three shift availability
- Rotating Saturdays
