Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) to join our team at Channel ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing clinical oversight and guidance in the delivery of ABA therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviors and/or skill deficits.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based interventions and clearly outlined behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including behavior technicians and other professionals, to ensure proper implementation of strategies and interventions outlined in the treatment plan.
Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, methodologies, and interventions.
- Experience conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals.
