Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate BCBA to provide clinical oversight and guidance in the delivery of ABA therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments, analyze assessment data, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with the treatment team, and provide training and supervision.
- Ongoing Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, methodologies, and interventions.
