We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Representative to join our team at a luxury high-rise condominium community. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors—delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an inviting, professional atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents and guests upon arrival
- Manage guest/vendor check-in processes efficiently and accurately
- Organize and maintain the mail/package room
- Stay informed about building amenities and services to assist residents
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support resident needs
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while responding to inquiries
- Oversee valet attendants and ensure timely vehicle retrieval
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills; training will be provided
