Assistant Manager Trainee

Assistant Manager Trainees are responsible for all marketing and sales field advertising. This includes all planning, coordinating, and execution of the sales campaigns. This Assistant Manager Trainee position is critical in planning and facilitating daily sales campaigns within the Clearwater area.

Assistant Manager Trainee Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of field marketing and sales campaigns
• Work in person and directly with our customers and clients at their place of residence
• Manage promotions and strategy in conjunction with management
• Coordinate promotions staff and work with a team of driven individuals
• Oversee the distribution of promotional sales materials
• Responsible for territory mapping for local account management
  
  

Assistant Manager Trainee Team Skills & Communication:

• Take a responsible role as a team leader
• Maintain regular & efficient communication
• Develop & train new team members and advise management on marketing and sales strategies
  
  

Assistant Manager Trainee Requirements:

• Ability to lead as well as follow and execute instructions effectively
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Solution-oriented
• Comfortable working on commission-based pay and high-potential bonuses
• Please note- This is an entry-level position and we provide all training in-house
