Due to growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an AT&T Management Trainee to join our successful sales team

Responsibilities of an AT&T Management Trainee:

• Oversee the sales team to ensure growth of the department
• Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches i.e. face to face meetings with prospective clients
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
• Track all records of sales and revenue
• Active contribution to our growth strategy and wider business plan
• Train entry level staff to excel in sales
  
  

Requirements of an AT&T Management Trainee:

• Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development Management experience
• Excellent presentation skills with groups of all sizes and levels of management
• Able to work independently to achieve sales goals
• Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned territory
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, however, a candidate will be considered if he/she has equivalent training and experience
  
  

This is a "hands-on" kind of role. An individual's success will be determined by and compensated based on commissions generated by accounts secured.
