Responsibilities as a Client Support Representative :
- Welcome new customers and provide an overview of AT&T’s wireless services, account set up process, and ensure that the consumer are eligible for products
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive customer information
- Act as the primary point of contact responsible for handling all sales cycles
- Manage customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalate any that you may need additional resources to resolve
- Utilize provided tools and resources to effectively educate consumers on the benefits provided by AT&T and their new services to customers
