Product & Channel Evangelist
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product and Channel Evangelist to promote our technology and channel programs. This role is responsible for educating, recruiting, and enabling MSPs, technology distributors, and IT service providers, acting as a key resource in Business Development, sales enablement, and training.
Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, this role collaborates closely with our Sales, BD, Marketing, and Events Teams to drive engagement, adoption, and success within the MSP and IT Channel ecosystem of our MyITSpend and IQSpend Fintech solutions. The position requires attending and presenting at 20 industry events across the U.S. and Canada annually, serving as a key representative to educate, advocate, and expand our presence in the market.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience in MSP partnerships, IT distribution, and technology sales enablement. They should be passionate about fostering relationships and delivering impactful presentations, training, and resources to MSPs and their partners.
Key Responsibilities
Advocacy & Promotion
- Actively promote our platform to MSPs, technology vendors, and distributors through industry events, webinars, and social media engagement.
- Serve as a thought leader and brand ambassador, representing the company at tradeshows, conferences, and virtual industry forums.
- Build credibility and authority within the MSP and IT Channel community.
Education & Training
- Conduct training sessions (both virtual and in-person) to educate MSPs on the platform, its value proposition, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement content, onboarding materials, and workshops for MSPs and distributors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product education content for MSPs.
Community Engagement & Networking
- Through social engagement, community participation, and industry networking, foster relationships with MSP leaders, IT vendors, and technology influencers.
- Be an active participant in MSP-focused forums, online communities, and LinkedIn groups to drive engagement and thought leadership.
- Cultivate and support a strong partner community to increase advocacy and adoption.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to demonstrate the platform’s value to MSPs and IT partners.
- Support MSPs in building their service offerings around our platform.
- Assist in sales meetings, webinars, and partner discussions to drive adoption and growth.
Strategic Planning & Market Feedback
- Participate in strategic discussions around product development, marketing strategies, and MSP engagement initiatives.
- Act as a critical feedback loop, collecting insights from MSPs and channel partners to help guide future product enhancements and marketing efforts.
- Ensure that MSP feedback is integrated into the company’s roadmap to enhance adoption and usability.
MSP & Distributor Channel Support
- Work alongside regional sales representatives to develop distribution and MSP engagement strategies.
- Support MSP partners with training, sales enablement tools, and marketing assets to drive business growth.
- Ensure MSPs are fully equipped to quote, sell, and support the platform effectively.
- Coordinate and execute MSP partner onboarding, training, and engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem and IT Channel.
- Experience working with IT distributors, MSPs, and technology vendors is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to capture and hold the attention of an audience in an engaging and educational way.
- Excellent organizational skills to track and manage multiple MSP relationships and training programs.
- Passionate about networking—both in-person and digitally—to grow and nurture the MSP community.
- Ability to travel extensively to visit MSP partners, distributors, and industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage MSPs and industry professionals.
