Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mori Seki Finishing Cell Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Mori Seki finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Mori Seki finishing machines to produce precision components.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Perform precision set-ups involving alignment and securing of fixtures, setting speeds and feeds and various other parameters according to the part to be produced and the machine to be used.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with Mori Seki equipment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
