Position Information

The Marketing Function Project Lead IIM - Integrated Innovation Senior Manager will be in the Global Marketing Department reporting to the CMO Chantecaille based in HQ. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all innovation projects related to newness, launches and repromotes of our product portfolio. This role will ensure that the projects we meet the market's regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes from product development to customer delivery. The Sr. Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, regulatory, logistics, sales, and marketing) to establish a smooth and efficient market entry strategy.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for on time and full management of integrated innovation Projects
• Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks cross functionally
• Project presentation in front of the gatekeepers
• Goal-oriented functional leadership of the cross-functional team members (Core Team: Marketing 360, PD and Packaging, Supply Chain Project Lead, SDVM, Finance, sometimes: Beiersdorf partners)
• Continuous improvement of the IIM process in close cooperation with the CMO and Chantecaille Exec Committee
• Steering of the cross functional resources aiming at Maximum project profitability
• Consulting the project owners (VP Marketing) in the completion of portfolio strategy and representation with entrepreneurial perspective in the gate
• Support Marketing and PD in Early Innovation project timelines

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project Management, operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D/PD or experience in innovation management, global launches and relaunches in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, particularly in the context of market entry or international product launches.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and very good analytical skills
• Strong implementation skills, assertiveness and strong conflict management as well as pronounced ability to manage complexity
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment beneficial
• Team player with an international and collaborative mindset; strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive
