Position Overview
The Trade Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day needs of the brand’s promotional product portfolio inclusive of existing and new launch sampling, gift with purchase, premium item developments, and sets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic team-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Responsibilities
- Support Trade Marketing Manager in all day-to-day Trade Marketing (Set, GWP, Premium Items, and Sampling) needs
- Initiate item code request forms for component and finished goods
- Partner with Vendors/Planning team to initiate Purchase Orders and manage payments of invoices
- Request assembly pricing from warehouses to initiate GWP & Set assembly
- Partner with Planning team to manage bill of materials and assembly documents to ensure timely assembly & delivery of GWPs and Sets
- Manage program shipping tracker in partnership with Logistics to ensure on counter dates are met
- Maintain sample inventory, including vendor submissions and photoshoot samples
- Manage photography request document to track and request all Creative needs
- Assist in creating and maintaining program bulletins, briefs, copy sheets and other marketing materials
- Provide administrative support as required including shipment and product order needs
- Maintain 360 competitive tracker and present findings on a seasonal basis
Position Qualifications
- Prior experience in Marketing Operations and/or Promotional beauty preferred.
- Knowledge of Supply Planning, Packaging development, and/or Logistics preferred.
- Ability to proactively handle multiple fast-tracked projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
