Role Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of US Federal government, commercial and international contractual agreements for our product lines. This role is critical in managing contracts, aligning cross-functional teams, and meeting contractual requirements. The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Product , and Engineering teams to manage contract terms, ensure timely delivery, and maintain compliance with all contractual objectives. This role will report to the Director of Products and operate within the Product / Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities :
- Contract Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to address provisions and risks of financial terms , acceptance criteria , delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination provisions, indemnification and all other potential risk areas. Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Contract Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to all contractual requirements by managing, contributing to, and submitting deliverables ; managing invoices; providing detailed reports to stakeholders for accountability; and ensuring seamless execution of contract activities.
- Scope & Change Management : Manage contract amendments and scope changes, ensuring they are documented and aligned with overall contractual commitments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate efforts across engineering , supply chai n, manufacturing , operations , and Business Development (BD) to ensure all deliverables are met in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Support preparation of RFI / RFP.
- Work onsite 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles, California.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.

Salary Range : $140,000 - $170,000
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
