About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support the growth and success of our global organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to deliver effective solutions for our employees throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee-related inquiries and concerns, providing expert guidance on benefits administration, HRIS navigation, employee relations, policy interpretation, employment law, conflict resolution, change management, performance management, and individual/team development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of guidelines, policies, and practices that impact employees.
- Navigate, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to anticipate employee needs and partner with leadership on solutions.
- Manage employee files, benefits selection and renewals, integrations, and other related tasks with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations teams to develop world-class onboarding experiences for internal teams and new hires.
- Own and facilitate offboarding processes for voluntary and involuntary terminations.
- Manage HR projects and programs such as performance management/reviews, promotion/merit increase facilitation, and employee leave policies.
