We are now looking for a Channel Manager - US who will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners (B2B) while growing Chaos’ Channel business within the assigned markets. The Channel Manager will achieve sales targets through resellers and distributors by recruiting, training, and enabling them to resell the relevant portfolio of products to customers operating within the assigned market(s). This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive local market efforts effectively.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through channel partners (B2B).
- Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring productive collaboration.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners.
- Provide sales training and motivation to partner sales teams.
- Act as the primary contact for managed accounts.
- Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, finance, support) to support partner success.
- Forecast sales performance and maintain CRM records.
- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and develop new channel opportunities.
- Participate in key account sales, co-selling, and partner events.
Key requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in IT/software.
- Background in AEC and/or M&E industries is a plus.
- Strong track record in sales team development and management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management.
- Customer-focused and a strong team player.
- Willing to travel (up to 20%).
Advantages:
- Experience leading local market efforts.
- Familiarity with software licensing models and sales practices.
- Knowledge of CAD, 3D design, or visualization tools is a plus.
Key technical skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI).
- Familiarity with order processing and delivery systems.
