Pay: $28.65 - $40.00

Job Duties

• Master Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other Applications: Acquire and maintain complete knowledge of the functional areas of our electronic medical eClinicalWorks ( eCW ) and dental record applications
• Expert Advice: Serve as the primary support for EHR application needs. Help clinicians adapt and optimize applications
• Workflow Redesign: help teams improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Training: Build employee confidence by developing and leading application trainings, create training materials to help users proactively understand and adapt to new functionalities
• Lead Change: Evaluate and analyze changes and new functionalities for EHR.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 2 years experience in clinical applications support in the healthcare industry
• Ability to work in Auburn & Grass Valley, occasional after-hours work
• eClinicalWorks ( eCW ) experience, preferred
• Current and in good standing: Driver's License.
