Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-year hands on experience answering high volume phone calls
- Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.
- Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.
- Multitask efficiently and stay focused in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
