- Draft correspondences and other formal documents with accuracy and professionalism
- Plan and schedule appointments and events, ensuring efficient time management
- Greet and assist onsite guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer inbound telephone calls and manage inquiries effectively
- Prepare weekly payroll reporting and maintain accurate records
- Support new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation
- Perform general office tasks and provide support as needed
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
