Chaparral is seeking a full time, on site, skilled Assistant Superintendent to join our team in the North Carolina area. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, managing safety protocols, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Additionally, the Assistant Superintendent will support the Superintendent in all aspects of construction management.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, project coordination, and supervision
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Understanding of mechanical insulation systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
