Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetics and health of the grounds. Ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and irrigate lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas to ensure optimal growth and appearance.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching.
• Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as necessary.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, or flowers.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
