General Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Paint residential areas as part of general maintenance duties
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Follow schematics and logic controllers for equipment repairs

- Ability to use hand tools and battery operated tools such as; drill, sawzall, etc.

-Must have a valid drivers license prior to employment

Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to work on various equipment and machinery
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Education

-GED or High School Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.28 - $19.63 per hour
