The candidate must be able to move about intermittently during work hours including standing, lifting, bending stooping, twisting, pulling and pushing. Must be able to speak English. Must be able to transfer residents and assist in emergency evacuations. Additionally, the selected candidate must be able to Interact with residents, family members,visitors and any and all government agencies / personnel under any and all circumstances. Also, must be able to effectively communicate with the management staff, medical staff, nursing staff and other facility supervisors. 6 months to 1 years experience working with the elderly in a health care setting preferred. Must be able to assist in resident smoke breaks.
