What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN PT/PRN 11-7 position at Chapel Hill Nursing Center?
The PN should be able to work using the guidelines established by the Nurse Practice Act,facilitate policies and procedures while using sound nursing judgement. Must be able to plan and deliver nursing care to patients / residents requiring long-term and / or rehabilitative care as well as direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel.
