Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Chapel Ridge Health & Rehab. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive work environment that aligns with our mission of caring for generations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and manage related employee leave requests.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, workplace safety, and employee development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Assuring resident safety.
To ensure that all new hire paperwork is completed timely.
To ensure that allpersonnel llicenses, TB tests and criminal checks are current and on file.
Complete appropriate paperwork for employee changes and employee termination. * Maintain group health insurance records.
Maintain the facility insurance program including workman's compensation, disability, health insurance, pensions and annuities as required and directed. o Handle all correspondence related to human resource functions.
Maintain accurate, neat, organized files of all human resource office records so that they may be promptly retrieved.
Coordinate human resource functions with other departments and administrative services provider.
Complete payroll promptly. o Assist in new employee orientation as directed by the Administrator.
Assist in facility survey process as directed by the Administrator. o Assist in employee education as directed by the Administrator.
Travel to occasional meetings, conventions and seminars.
