Medical Receptionist for Busy Plastic Surgery Practice and Med Spa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Chapin Aesthetics is seeking an experienced receptionist (part-time) to handle a busy plastic surgery and med spa practice. We believe that our front desk staff is extremely important as they provide the first point of contact and impression for our patients. A successful candidate will be able to juggle multiple duties while remaining calm and providing excellent customer service.
Job Duties Include:
- Answering multiple phone lines and screening incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greeting and checking in patients and ensuring that they are comfortable in the waiting area.
- Managing and oversee the direction and flow of patients to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time.
- Ensuring patient information is updated and complete in EMR (electronic medical record)
- Keeping the front reception area organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Checking out patients and processing payments
- Disbursing mail and packages
- Assisting in confirming patient appointments
- Ordering brochures and office supplies to ensure the office is properly stocked.
- Maintaining inventory of products and product displays
Job Requirements:
- High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines without supervision.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work some evenings.
- Desire and ability help maintain a pleasant, team oriented atmosphere.
- Prior experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus, but is not a requirement. Will train the right candidate.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming at all times
Education:
- Associates degree preferred
- Ability to provide 3 professional references
- A background check will be completed

- Tuesday: 9am-7pm
- Thursday: 1pm-5pm
- Friday: 9am-5pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
