">Chapin International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Leadership Position to drive business development and sales growth for our national customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in negotiating and closing deals with key accounts.
">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify and address their specific needs
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure clients' requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers to increase sales and profitability
- Act as the primary negotiator for Chapin during all distribution or supply agreement creation or renewal
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Proven work experience as a National Account Manager, preferably with large retail (big box) experience
- Solid experience in sales and customer service
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements, with the ability to close the deal
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office products
