What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Lot Attendant position at CHAPMAN AUTO GROUP?
The Lot Attendant verifies receipt of service vehicles delivered to the dealership and parks new and customer vehicles in the appropriate area of the lot in an orderly manner.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Parks vehicles in assigned areas.
- Assigns stock control numbers to cards.
- Catalogs and stores keys.
- Following a deal, re-park vehicles to maximize use of space, and keeps lot in order.
- Parks customer vehicles after putting on seat cover and floor mat.
- Retrieves customer vehicles after service and thanks customer.
- Assists with vehicle pickup & delivery following instructions from advisors and managers.
- Maintains shop cleanliness, such as emptying oil and coolant drains and trash cans
- Replenish hot tags, seat covers, and floor mats
