The Lot Attendant/Porter role is a customer facing position that assists in various parts of the service process. This is a part-time position Monday-Friday. AM Shift- 6:45AM-11:30PM, PM Shift 1:00PM-5:00PM.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Greet clients arriving for service
- Parks customer vehicles after putting on seat cover and floor mat.
- Retrieves customer vehicles after service and thanks customer.
- Assists with vehicle pickup & delivery following instructions from advisors and managers.
- Maintains shop cleanliness, such as emptying oil and coolant drains and trash cans
- Replenish hat tags, seat covers, and floor mats
- Assist service department personnel as needed to ensure efficiency within the department
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, both written and oral
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving records
- Good judgement
- Ability to multitask
- A strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
