Collaborate with the Marketing Director on branding, content strategies, and digital campaigns; integrate manufacturer incentives into ads monthly.Optimize Chapman and OEM websites for SEO, content accuracy, and user experience; update subpages and coordinate with creative teams for visuals.Support SEM / SEO efforts, manage Google Ads campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.Maintain and update digital listings, resolve inaccuracies, and post updates to Google My Business.Manage co-op advertising submissions, troubleshoot issues, and generate monthly invoices.Desired Qualification and Experience :
2 years of experience in marketing, advertising or technology industry.An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution is preferred.Automotive industry experience is a plus.Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing team.Superb organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.High level of organizational and communication skills, including verbal and written.Ability to assist in marketing projects from concept to completion.Ability to prioritize / re-prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly shifting work environment.Knowledge and understanding of marketing and social media platforms.Must be tech-savvy and adaptable in an ever-changing environment.Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Software Requirements :
Understanding of project management software and tools.Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Apps.Experience working professionally with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, WordPress and CMS Platforms a plus.Hours and Work Environment :
This is a Monday – Friday onsite position at the Chapman Corporate Center in Chandler, AZ.
