Chapman Bell Rd. Hyundai is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team! The Receptionist helps ensure a positive customer experience at the dealership by assisting customers in person and over the phone, and providing clerical support to the sales and business office teams.

We are looking for candidates with availability between 9am and 5pm on weekdays and 7am – 3pm on Saturdays. This onsite role requires working in the sales showroom and the filing room.

- Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for assistance.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Sort files and documents alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance, etc. and create or update records with new files and information.
- Store all paperwork and documents in designated places, safeguarding confidential information.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents is preferred.
- Strong communicator; listens carefully and conveys information effectively.
- Cooperative, helpful and builds rapport with others easily.
- Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
