We are open Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 8am to 8pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed all Sundays! This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.

- Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show.
- Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM platform.
- Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
- Remain up-to-date on product offerings and perform professional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting vehicle features and technology and explaining the benefits of optional add-on packages.
- Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
- Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales environment is required.
- Previous new or used car sales experience is a plus, but we provide training to help you succeed!
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and negotiation skills, in person and over the phone.
- The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
- An impressive work ethic and drive to achieve performance goals.
- Strong computer skills including typing, internet usage and navigating CRMs.
- Bilingual is a plus!
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
