Core Responsibilities:
- Work with repeat customers and prospective clients online and over the phone to provide general information and schedule showroom appointments.
- Track sales leads activities in the CRM system daily and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
- Educate customers on vehicle specifications, the purchase process, warranties and financing options.
- Proactively seek out sales leads and follow up with no-shows to drive sales traffic.
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory and technology, as well as ancillary products and services that enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales experience is required; experience representing a luxury brand is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including communication, active listening, follow-up skills, and rapport building.
- Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new technology easily.
- Ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand and overcome objections.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy the customer and dealership objectives.
- Proactive, self-motivated and resilient work ethic.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment
Hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm. We are seeking flexible candidates who can work various shifts including evenings and Saturdays. We support work-life balance by offering a 5-day workweek with every Sunday off.
