This role collaborates with other technicians and Service Advisors, and reports to the Service Director.

Core Responsibilities:
- Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Complete vehicles inspections, informing the Service Advisor of additional repairs or services needed, providing an estimate of the time required for other repairs
- Perform work specified on the repair order per dealership processes
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years of automotive technician experience required, demonstrating proficient technical and mechanical knowledge
- BMW experience and certifications required; ASE certifications are favorable
- Analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong follow up skills
- Collaborative and willing to contribute to a positive, team oriented environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Hours and Work Environment
Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5:30pm and rotating Saturdays. Our technicians enjoy a positive, productive work environment, a culture that promotes professional development and collaboration, and a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop.
