Core Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from other dealerships and vendors to pick up and deliver auto parts.
- Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck.
- Assist with annual inventory cycle counts.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting, loading and unloading parts. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Punctual, reliable and works efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of parts pick-ups and deliveries.
- Must be a safe and courteous driver. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4pm, with one Sunday per year for annual inventory. This role requires brief periods of working outdoors while making deliveries or parts pickups, and working in the parts warehouse.
