Core Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated, maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service areas.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers, etc.
- Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Service Drive and shop areas.
- Wash customer and company vehicles as assigned.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer service or lot attendant experience is helpful, but not required.
- A positive and helpful attitude is a must!
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles of various sizes; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday - Friday 7am – 6pm and Saturdays 7am – 5pm. We ask that all applicants be available to work any of the days and times listed above, scheduled shifts may vary based on business needs. This role requires walking and standing for prolonged periods, working outdoors in the Service Drive, and in the climate-controlled shop.
