The Lot Attendant helps maintain workflows by moving vehicles throughout the shop, supporting the parts department and maintaining the appearance of the facility. Core Responsibilities:
- Keep collision center vehicles on the lot neat and orderly, moving cars throughout the shop as directed.
- Verify that all vehicles on the lot are secure at the end of the day.
- Cover and protect vehicles without doors and/or glass from inclement weather.
- Clean and prepare vehicles for delivery to the customer once repairs are complete.
- Dispose of old or damaged parts and pick up parts from dealerships as needed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the shop.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:

- Reliable with a good work ethic, demonstrating initiative and the ability to follow directions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
Hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This position will require working in a fast-paced, climate-controlled shop as well as outdoors.
