Core Responsibilities:
- Check in parts shipments, mirror matching to ensure the correct parts are received.
- Invoice parts into the database, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Label and stage parts for technicians.
- Assist with ordering parts and parts returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized parts warehouse and parts carts.
- Break down boxes and other packaging materials for disposal.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience with auto parts is required.
- Previous experience working in a collision shop is plus.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft and internet browsing required; experience using CCC1 estimating software and Tekion are a plus!
- Ability to manage multiple duties effectively, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours, Work Environment, and Physical Requirements:
This is a full time position requiring the ability to work Monday - Friday from 8am – 5pm in a climate-controlled indoor shop and warehouse environment. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, and lifting or carrying parts weighing up to 30 lbs.
