We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Helper to support our Facilities Maintenance Manager and facilities team across four dealership locations in Scottsdale, to ensure our dealerships are safe, clean and operating optimally. Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs across multiple dealership facilities.
- Support the Maintenance Manager in tasks involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Help maintain clean, safe, and operational service areas, showrooms, and office spaces.
- Perform minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups under supervision.
- Maintain organization of maintenance areas and supplies
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials between locations as needed.
- Safely operate company-provided work truck on property.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of general maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, building systems, and repair techniques.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior team members.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This is a full-time position offering a Monday – Friday schedule; some weekends may be required on an as needed basis. In this role, you will work with a team responsible for the maintenance of four Chapman dealerships located at the Scottsdale Auto Show.
