We are looking for a Full-Time Greeter/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will need have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle day to day dealership duties. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership phones, greeting customers, and assisting in making the guest visit as pleasant as possible. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in the dealership setting. You will provide support to our customers by providing customers with warm and welcoming greeting whether it be in person or on the phone, having genuine conversations and creating memorable experiences that have them wanting to come back. • The Greeter is responsible for ensuring that all customers entering the store are properly greeted and directed to the appropriate waiting area.
• Answers telephone and makes guest appointments
• Advises customers of waiting times for them to be assisted
• Show customer where the coffee bar/refreshments are located
• Respond to customers' questions in a timely and professional manner
• Be knowledgeable about the staff, extension, and schedules
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with customers
• Perform any other clerical duties instructed by management
• Assist sales department with customer interactions (keys, test drives, vehicle information)
• Learn the sales process for future opportunities
• Ability to interact with customers via phone or internet/email
