Core Responsibilities:
- Help maximize sales by maintaining the appearance and organization of new and used vehicles, according to dealership display standards.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives, replenishing vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
- Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but we will provide training!
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The dealership is open 8am to 9pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 8pm on Saturdays and closed Sundays. We are looking for candidates with open availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, Saturdays and holidays. Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods, and work indoors and outdoors daily.
