 Core Responsibilities:

  • Convert visitors into customers by asking questions to understand their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
  • Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments, logging all activity in the CRM system.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with sales experience in other industries, such as retail sales, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales, are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, online, and in person.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • The ability to think from the customer’s perspective, overcome objections, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry, typing, internet usage, and the ability to quickly learn and use new technology, such as our CRM system.
  • Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are looking for flexible candidates that are able to work various shifts including days, evenings and Saturdays. Our business hours are Monday – Saturday 8am to 9pm. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed on Sundays. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person, as well as online and over the phone.
