Core Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct customers to the correct advisor.
- Listen attentively to customers and transfer them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with both customers and employees.
- Learn department structures and internal procedures to assist customers effectively.
- Handle cash transactions with service customers.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on recall appointments.
- Provide clerical support to management as needed.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department's hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturdays 7am - 5pm. Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs.
