Core Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and install new oil filters and drain plugs
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids
- Check and replace batteries as needed
- Rotate, mount and balance tires according to vehicle specifications
- Complete minor services such as replacing filters, wiper blades, etc.
- Perform multi-point inspections, taking detailed notes of vehicle condition and recommended maintenance for the Service Advisor to communicate to the customer
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience performing oil changes, basic vehicle maintenance, or minor repair work required
- ASE certifications or training from a mechanical school is preferred
- Eagerness to learn and strengthen mechanical proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating good time management
- Must have basic automotive tools
- Basic computer skills
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must live within a commutable distance of Payson, AZ
Hours and Work Environment
Shifts include 7am - 4pm or 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Our technicians enjoy a collaborative team environment and a climate-controlled shop.
